3.5 Account Transfers. okgame accounts are personal to the registered player and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Attempting to transfer an account or its associated funds to a third party is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

All deposits to your okgame account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. okgame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. okgame reserves the right to modify supported payment methods, deposit limits, and processing times at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your okgame account in PHP. okgame does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or funded from a third-party payment source. Any deposit found to have originated from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. okgame reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Any remaining balance after dormancy fees are applied remains the property of the player and is recoverable upon re-activation of the account.
Note on Funds: Player funds held in okgame accounts are kept separate from okgame's operational funds. okgame does not use player funds for any corporate purpose. Your balance in PHP is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements and these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. 6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. okgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of the credit, unless the bonus was credited due to a technical error, in which case okgame reserves the right to reclaim it.
6.5 Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes and are not redeemable for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. okgame does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotional offer to any particular player at any particular time.
7.1 Each game available on the okgame platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, okgame's system records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected bets. If a game round cannot be completed or resolved due to a technical error, all bets placed on that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. If okgame identifies that a game has malfunctioned in a manner that produces an error result — including an erroneously displayed jackpot, pay table, or payout — okgame reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected bets, regardless of whether the funds have been credited to the player's account.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okgame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform; any unauthorized access to your account; or any loss of data, funds, or profits, even if okgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 okgame's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.2 okgame may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, regulation, or court order — including with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities — or where necessary to perform identity verification, process payments, or prevent fraud.
